TJ/LJ REAR TRAC BAR RELOCATOR BRACKET KIT

The RockJock Johnny Joint Rear Trac Bar Relocation Bracket Kit for TJ Wrangler and Unlimited (LJ) vehicles installs onto any factory TJ or LJ Dana 35 or 44 rear differential housing. The extended height of this bracket, combined with it’s compound bends, allow it to place the Trac Bar mounting point back at the proper height to replicate factory geometry, even after your rear pinion angle has been raised dramatically. The upper bend in the bracket also keeps it away from the gas tank in your TJ so you don’t run into any interference issues.
Finish is semi-gloss black powder coat on the bracket and gold zinc plating on the hardware.

Fitment Specs.:

• Intended to be used with 2 in.– 4 1/2 in. of lift
• Intended to be used with a minimum of an additional 2 1/2 in. of bump stop over stock

Notes:

• Welding required! The Rear Trac Bar Relocation Bracket has 2 tabs that anchor it to the axle housing that need to be welded (see instructions). If you do not have the facilities to do the welding, be advised that once the bracket is bolted on, it is secure enough that you may drive the vehicle to someone to do the welding for you.
• Factory Trac Bar hardware may be used with this bracket, however, consider replacing your rusty old original rear Trac Bar hardware with our RJ-510100-101 replacement bolt kit.
• Bracket is fabricated from laser cut and formed 3/16 in. steel.
